1. How the research was done
1.1 At Surgery from 2004 - 2006. 400 puppy owners in Singapore.

2. Development

2.1 First 4 months

3. Behaviour

3.1 First 7 days at home
3.2 Whining, howling, barking. Noise nuisance to HDB neighbours.
3.3 Free access to apartment/house. Regression.
